Return and Refund Policy
ATTENTION: Our Support Team can solve ANY problem you encounter with purchased software. Therefore, please reach out to them for assistance before requesting a refund.
Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when applicable. Digital products can only be returned after you have signed a Non-Use Declaration related to the purchased product. Any digital product that has been installed and/or activated is not eligible for a refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is used, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@Behoven.com.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or unused. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@Behoven.com or send your item to: 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200 Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, US.
Shipping
To return your product, send it back to us at support@Behoven.com.
Process of Refunds Within 30 Days
If, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of purchase, you decide that you no longer need the purchased product, you are eligible for a full refund of your order. Please follow these steps:
- Send us a request for a refund with the information about your order (e.g., order number, phone number, screenshot of the invoice). Please email it to: support@Behoven.com.
- After we receive your request and track your order, we will issue a Non-Use Declaration Form, which will be filled with your personal and order information.
- After receiving the Non-Use Declaration, we will process your return and refund the product within 48 hours.
Please keep in mind that the money arrival date depends on the bank, but it should reach you between 5-7 working days.
If you did not receive a return label, please send an email to support@Behoven.com.
Please Note: If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an email to support@Behoven.com before returning your order. We will then help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.
How Can I Cancel An Order?
You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section. If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, email support@Behoven.com and we’ll help find an alternative solution.
Order Cancellation Confirmation
If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at support@Behoven.com (and include your original order number) and we’ll take a look!
No Option to Self-Cancel
If you don’t see the option to self-cancel, please email support@Behoven.com as soon as possible (including your order number and cancel/change request) and we can help.
NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via www.Behoven.com, the return policy of the shop where you did purchase the product will apply.
